Yes, you can benefit from a reduced rate for :
- under 12s & over 65s
- students under the age of 26
- job-seekers or those receiving RSA benefits, on presentation of proof of entitlement
There is also a group rate if you book at the same time for 5 people or more. These rates are available on all our official ticketing websites.
Hearing-impaired visitors are welcome. They will be able to enjoy the lighting effects and perceive the sound experience. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to perceive the experience 100%.
Visually impaired visitors are welcome. They will be able to fully appreciate the audio story.
No photos or videos may be taken during the experiment. However, it is possible to take photos after the experiment.
Yes, we ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your session.
The door will remain open for a few minutes only. We cannot guarantee entry to the session after a 5-minute delay.
